Travel to Japan made simple

Travelling from Switzerland to Japan is more convenient than ever with Japan Airlines (JAL), a certified 5-star airline, and its partners British Airways, Finnair, and Iberia.

With four direct flights to Tokyo and four weekly flights to Osaka, connections via London Heathrow offer a greater choice in terms of schedule and pricing options. And with direct flights from Helsinki to Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo (starting from 15 December 2019), business travellers can reach their final destination with just one easy transfer in Helsinki. From March 2020, JAL will code-share on the additional daily flight between Helsinki and Tokyo Haneda, operated by Finnair, bringing Tokyo even closer. With daily connecting flights from/to Geneva, Basel and Zurich, and with smooth connections to nearly 60 destinations within Japan thanks to JAL network, the whole of Japan is seamlessly accessible.

Whichever route you choose, you can enjoy fully flat beds in business class on all flights to/from Japan. JAL Business Class seats offer unobstructed aisle access, a retractable privacy partition for a more private space, and a 23-inch personal TV screen, with SONY background noise-cancelling headphones. You can also do some work and stay connected with family and friends while on board, thanks to JAL inflight Wi-Fi (charges apply).
