To date, 1300+ CWT customers are live with NDC across 14 airlines in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, within 20 markets (including the US) with access on Sabre and Amadeus.  Travelers can book through multiple channels including phone, email, messaging, and a 34 online booking tools.

We support global standards as the most efficient way to scale across channels. Through our work with ATPCO’s Next Generation Storefront Advisory Board—and in collaboration with IATA, airlines, and content providers—we help shape how differentiated airline products are presented and compared.

In 2024, we processed 130,000 NDC bookings—a nearly 600% increase over 2023. Adoption varies depending on the value NDC delivers and how well it aligns with each client’s travel policy. In several key markets, NDC now represents a significant share of bookings, reflecting growing relevance and impact across our global client base. For example, over 50% of our Finnair bookings in Finland are NDC; 20% of our bookings with Iberia in Spain; and close to 30% of our SAS bookings in Sweden and Denmark are NDC.
