CWT CONTRACT NOTICES
(A) The primary method for valid service of notices on CWT entities listed below is defined in your contract with CWT. The mailing address for notices at (1) below updates and replaces any mailing address specified for primary service of hard copy notices in your contract with the relevant CWT entity.
(B) In addition to the mailing address at (1) below, notices must also to be submitted by email to CWT Legal Team email address at (2) below. The email address for notices at (2) below updates and replaces any email address specified for supplementary service of notices to CWT Legal Team in your contract with CWT. Submitting notices to email address (2) without arranging primary service (1) as defined in your contract with CWT will not discharge formal requirements for valid service of notices on CWT.
