Mike Wildes is Interim Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team appointed on 14 April 2025.
Immediately prior to this, Mike was VP Controller and Finance Operations, responsible for CWT’s global financial accounting and reporting teams. This included leadership of external reporting and all financial systems, processes and controls.
Mike joined CWT in 2020 and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies in the areas of accounting, planning and analysis, finance transformation, treasury, tax and strategy. During a 17-year tenure with Caterpillar Mike served as CFO of their global paving products division ($1 billion annual revenue) and eight years as an integral leader of Caterpillar’s operational start-up in China.
