Exchange

1) Other trains within the pre-sale period can be exchanged more than 48 hours (excluding) before departure time.

2) Within 48 hours (inclusive) before departure time, other trains before departure can be exchanged, or other trains within 24 hours after your departure time, NOT allow to exchange the ticket on the next day and after the ticket date.

3) After departure, you can still exchange their tickets for other trains of the departure date, but only can exchange your tickets at the departure station.

Refund (except for Spring Festival transportation)

1) The ticket refund shall be based on the departure time of your original ticket. No refund fee will be charged if the ticket is applied for 15 days before departure.
2) If you apply for refund more than 48 hours before departure, charge you 5% of the original fare as the refund fee.
3) If you apply for refund 24 to 48 hours before departure, charge you 10% of the original fare as the refund fee.
4) If you apply for refund within 24hours before departure, charge you 20% of the original fare as the refund fee.
