Traveler Incentive Campaign (the "Promotion") - Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter of this Promotion is CWT Travel Services Singapore Pte Ltd of 600 North Bridge Road, #07-01 Parkview Square, 188778.
2. This Promotion is only open to travellers of CWT clients who have been notified of this Promotion via their corporate email. Hotel reservations can only be made by users via CWT offline and (or) online booking channels.
3. Promotional Period: The opening date for the Promotion is midnight SGT on 1 August 2019. The closing date for the promotion is 11:59pm SGT on 31 October 2019. Reservations made outside this period will not qualify for this promotion.
5. You will receive a personalized Travel Cable Organiser (the "Gift") when a hotel reservation is made via CWT during the Promotional Period and the corresponding hotel stay is completed by 31 December 2019 (i.e. the Traveller must check out by 31 December 2019) ("Qualifying Reservation").
General:
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for reservations not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. The Promotion is restricted to one Gift per traveller. Travellers who make more than one Qualifying Reservation shall only be entitled to one Gift. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the Qualifying Reservations.
8. No alternative gift is available under the promotion and there are no cash alternatives. The Gift is non-transferable.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace Gift with an equal or higher value alternative if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon making the relevant reservation. By accepting these terms and conditions, participants confirm that they are acting in accordance with their employer's policies and procedures.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Gift to anyone it reasonably suspects is in breach of these terms and conditions or is abusing the reservation process.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the Promotion if, in its discretion, it considers that the Promotion cannot be conducted in accordance with these terms.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the claimant of the Gift or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up and/or using the Gift. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. All personal data supplied will only be used in connection with this Promotion.
16. The Promotion will be governed by Singapore law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts insofar as this Promotion is concerned.
