Move the Dial | Client Executive Incentive Campaign India (the “Campaign”) – Terms and Conditions

1. This Campaign is open to all National Client Executives currently employed by the respective CWT legal entities in India (“Eligible Markets”) during the Campaign Period (“Participants”).

2. Participants who have achieved year-on year increase of their Client’s booked room nights to Hilton Worldwide (the “Results”) during the Campaign Period will be eligible to participate in the Campaign (“Qualifying Participants”).

3. Valid for Hilton Worldwide bookings made via CWT only, applicable to all rates under RoomIt Content. RoomIt Content includes Client Negotiated Rates, GDS Rates, RoomIt Rates and CWT Hotel Programme.

4. Campaign Period: 1 August – 30 September 2019 (both dates inclusive)

5. The top three Qualifying Participants who have achieved the highest Results shall be eligible to the respective Award (the “Winners”). The Award shall consist of 2 nights complimentary lodging (standard room and tax only) vouchers at any Hilton Worldwide properties (the “Award”). Details of participating Hotels are specified in Annex A to these Terms and Conditions.

6. The Results shall be based on

a) CWT Hilton Client Performance report provided by RoomIt Global Suppliers/RoomIt Finance and thus proper recording of the bookings are essential; and

b) The issue date of the hotel segment during the Campaign Period (e.g if an issue date of the hotel segment is made on 30 September 2019, this hotel segment will be reported for the Campaign month of September)

7. The Results will be announced by Hotel ACCEL Project Team by 31 October 2019 via email and Hotel ACCEL group on CWT social intranet. The Winners shall be announced on 31 October 2019 by email after the Results have been announced. If a particular Winner is no longer employed by CWT at the time the Winners are announced, that particular Winner shall be disqualified and shall not be eligible to receive the Award. The next Qualifying Participant with the highest Results (but lower than said disqualified Winner) shall be a Winner and be eligible to receive the Award.

8. CWT reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant(s) found to be tampering with the Campaign; to be acting in violation of the Campaign requirements; or to be acting in a manner that is disruptive to another participant.

9. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of local criminal or civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, CWT reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted under local/applicable law.

10. CWT reserves the right to refuse to award any Winner the respective Award whom it reasonably suspects is in breach of these Terms and Conditions. CWT reserves the right to select reserve Winners to replace the original qualifying Winners if he/she is subsequently disqualified, in the sole and absolute discretion of CWT.

11. In the event that no Participant achieves the Results required to be considered as a Qualifying Participant, CWT shall have the right to select and determine the Winners on a best efforts basis, at its sole discretion.

12. If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be run as planned, including but not limited due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this incentive, CWT reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

13. The decision of CWT regarding any aspect of the Campaign and the Award is final and binding and cannot be contested by participants.

14. CWT reserves the right to replace the Awards with an alternative of equal or higher value gift if circumstances beyond CWT’s control make it necessary to do so. The use of the Award (voucher) is subject to separate terms and conditions administered by the respective vendor.

16. The Awards, or part thereof, shall not be transferable, exchangeable or substituted for cash or other benefits.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, CWT will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the claimant of respective Award or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of receiving the respective Awards.

19. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to CWT using, publicizing and posting your name and related information (at all times in compliance with the law), on CWT’s webpage, internal communications and any other communications, in such mode and manner that CWT considers fit.

20. CWT reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to add, alter, modify, change or vary the Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. Changes to the Terms and Conditions are applicable to any behavior or activity that takes place after the date of change.

21. Any tax liability (e.g income tax) or surcharges in connection with this Campaign and/or receipt of the Award shall be solely borne by the respective Winners.

22. All personal data supplied will only be used in connection with this Campaign.

23. The Campaign will be governed by the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising hereof.
