1. For domestic flight, the check-in counter will be closed 45minutes before departure; for international or regional flight, the check-in counter will be closed 60 minutes before departure.

2. All the tickets should be used in sequence and not valid if the first coupon has not been used.

3. Please check in at the actual carrier's counter if you take a code share flight ticket.

4. Please ensure you have read baggage and dangerous goods transportation related information before travelling.

5. Visa and Passport: Please ensure that traveler holds valid visa to the country and passport is valid for over 6 months from the departure date. Should you have any question about visa, please contact our travel counselor. Please subject to official visa policy of each country.

6. Reminders to Travelers travelling to USA and Europe:

  • Demand by security officials, ensure all electronic devices have enough power remaining in them to power up upon, consider carrying power cords and outlet splitters to facilitate last-minute charging please.
  • Effective 20 January 2010, all American Airlines and American Eagle passengers traveling to the United States under the VWP will be required to HOLD a travel authorization from the ESTA. This must be applied for at least 72 hours prior to departure. In addition to an ESTA approval it will still be necessary to complete the I-94W form until further notice.
  • As announced by the Bureau of Consular Affairs, U.S. Department of State, under the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015, travelers in the following categories are no longer eligible to travel or be admitted to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), effective 21 January, 2016:

        1）Nationals of VWP countries who have traveled to or been present in Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria on or after 1 March, 2011 (with limited exceptions for travelers for diplomatic or military purposes in the service of a VWP country).

        2）Nationals of VWP countries who are also nationals of Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria.

        These individuals will still be able to apply for a visa using the regular appointment process at an U.S. embassy or consulate.

  • As required by U.S. Department of Homeland Transportation Security Administration, if you are soon to travel to the United States, please check the list of prohibited items on the TSA website (https://www.tsa.gov) prior to departure.
  • Starting March 15th, 2016, visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and foreign nationals with a valid visa.
  • Effective November 27, 2017, Transport Canada will prohibit certain powders and granular material with a volume of 350 ml (the size of a soda can) or more in all carry-on baggage in Canada. These items will still be allowed in checked baggage. Prohibited material includes items such as bath salts, sea salt, baby powder, foot powder, cooking powder and sand. Items such as baby formula, protein powder, tea and coffee will still be permitted in any quantity.
  • Additional details on the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS): All PRC passport holders carrying a 10-year visa will be required to have a valid Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) enrollment when traveling to USA beginning on November 29, 2016.
