Albert Zhong
General Manager, China
Albert Zhong is responsible for managing CWT's overall operations in China, overseeing and driving the strategic development of the business in the region. As a veteran in the TMC industry, Albert has been the General Manager of CWT China for more than 20 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience in the industry. Under his leadership, CWT China has not only experienced rapid business growth, but has also firmly established a customer-focused service system in the process of deepening operational excellence and management, so that CWT, a global brand, still has strong competitiveness and room for growth in the local Chinese market. With 30 years of experience in the industry, Albert has long been committed to the construction and value enhancement of the upstream and downstream industry chain, and is dedicated to optimizing products, technologies and travel solutions through close cooperation between TMC and its partners, helping corporate clients achieve their travel management goals while enhancing the travel experience of their employees. Throughout his career, Albert has witnessed and participated in the changes and development of the travel management industry in China.
Eva Pan
Finance Director, China
Based in Beijing, Eva oversees CWT’s financial operations in China, including both business travel and meetings & events units. Her responsibilities include setting up the financial systems and controls across all of CWT’s offices in China, analysis, budgeting, risk analysis and management.
Raine Zhao
Head of Client Management, China
Raine joined CWT China’s operations team in 2004 and has since held various roles from traveler experience to sales, to her current role of leading the program management team in China. Raine is an experienced leader with strong organizational skills, and with her background in operations, client management and strategic planning, she has led her team to countless successes over the years.
Carol Luan
Director, Meetings & Events, China
Carol has been deep dive in MICE industry over 10 years with strong finance background and compliance mind. She joined CWT M&E in 2014 when MICE business fast growing, lead team to optimize standardize process to match to the booming business and client needs, built up good reputation in the market as well. Prior to this, she last held the position of Country Director of M&E China for a famous global TMC.
Cypher Cao
Director, Sales, China
Based in Shanghai, Cypher leads the Multinational Sales Team across China, driving creative customer solutions and delivering technology strategies to our clients. Nearly 20 years in CWT China, Cypher has developed great leadership skills and deep knowledge of the industry and has been in various roles in the company, including traveler experience, program management and sales.
James Wen
Director of Sales, National Accounts, China
James leads the growth of China’s national accounts, helping our clients achieve their expansion plans within the country and internationally, through strategic managed travel. Since joining CWT in 2006, he has held various positions and managed a wide range of CWT’s portfolios, bringing with him in-depth insights and a different point of view to our clients.
Janet Zhao
Senior Director, Traveler Experience, China
Since joining CWT China in 2008, Janet has led and grew the Traveler Experience team across China, delivering consistent, and quality services to our clients. Janet has more than 20 years of experience in the business travel industry. She is based in Beijing and is part of the leadership team in China.
Annie Xia
Director, Global Supplier Management, China
Based in Shanghai, Annie leads Global Supplier Management team to negotiate and implement air, hotel and ground transportation agreements under CWT Global Supplier Management Guidelines to provide a win-win partnership for suppliers in China. Through sincere cooperation with suppliers, the team lead by her will jointly provide quality service for CWT customers. Prior to this, she last held the position of Vice President at Augmentation Travel of the Fang Cang Group. Before joining Augmentation Travel, Annie held senior roles with many famous companies in the travel industry. She has been engaged in the business travel industry for more than 16 years with rich industry experience and supply chain service capabilities.
Ivy Zhou
Director, Human Resources China
Based in Shanghai, Ivy leads the human resources team in China and delivers our global people strategy in the market. Ivy has been with CWT for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in the industry, having served various roles in the company including operations, account management and sales. She joined CWT’s human resources division in 2004.
Kevin Meng
Director, Information Technology, China
Kevin has over 10 years of experience in planning and implementing successful information technology for enterprises. Over his career, he has held many leadership positions in multinational corporations and is well-versed in using technology to boost development and increase efficiencies in a company. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
Beryl Gu
Manager, Marketing & Corporate Communications China
Beryl joined CWT China in 2016, and is responsible for the marketing and corporate communications in the country. She works closely with the regional office to strengthen CWT’s reputation in China across all business units, while leading the strategic promotional activities for clients and prospects alike.
Wendy Hong
Legal Counsel, China
Based in Shanghai, Wendy oversees every aspect of legal and compliance affairs of CWT in China, providing legal support and advice to the company on relevant legal issues. She brings abundant experience to the role, having worked for several international companies and as a practicing lawyer for Shanghai-based law firms. Wendy acted as a compliance officer in CWT from April 2019 to January 2021.
Victor Zhao
Manager, Administration China
Based in Beijing, Victor leads CWT’s administration across all the offices in China, and ensures that the highest service standards are always delivered to our clients. Victor has been with CWT for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the industry having service various roles in the company. Prior to joining CWT, Victor was the assistant finance manager at China Air Service.
Kevin Wang
Information Security Manager, China
Kevin currently leads CWT China’s information and security. He has management experience in both technical and consulting roles, and expertise in IT Security Governance, Privacy and Data Protection, IT Service Management, and Business Continuity Management over 13 years in various companies. He was previously with Accenture as Senior Information Security Manager prior to joining CWT in 2018.
