Flight Seat Selection
Your employees can now conveniently choose a seat on myCWT mobile and web when booking a flight.

Hotel Search with Office Location
Hosting a meeting at your office? For greater convenience, your employees can now quickly search and book a hotel near any of your office locations within a 10-mile radius.

COVID-19 Travel Information Integrated into myCWT
With one-click access to CWT Travel Essentials when booking a flight on myCWT mobile, your employees can conveniently view auto-populated COVID-19 related travel information without having to leave the app.

Enhanced Trip Disruption Alerts
For quick resolution of a trip disruption, with one click, your employees can now message or call a CWT counselor right from a myCWT mobile flight alert.

Messaging Expansion
Reaching a CWT counselor is even more convenient for your travelers through our chat-style messaging service available on myCWT web and mobile and internal company messaging tools such as Microsoft Teams and Facebook Workplace. Over 1,000 CWT clients use our messaging service. We now offer messaging in 113 markets and 4 languages (English, Spanish, French and Portuguese BR (last two languages in a pilot phase) and continue to expand.
